Order Processing Policy

Order confirmation

After you place an order and payment is approved, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Please keep it for any questions.

Processing steps

1. Order received and payment approved
2. Item checked and packed (within 2–4 business days)
3. Parcel handed to the carrier and shipping email sent
4. Delivery within 5–7 business days of dispatch

Cut-off time

The daily cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders after the cut-off start processing the next business day.

Changes and cancellations

You can change the colour, item or address on an order, or cancel it at no cost, until it has been dispatched. Email support@belliq.store with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 days. Orders that have shipped can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders we cannot complete

If an item becomes unavailable, a listing contained an error, or payment cannot be verified, we will cancel the order, let you know by email and refund the full amount.
