These Terms of Service apply to your use of belliq.store and to purchases from Belliq. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Keep your account password confidential.

Products

We describe each bag’s colour, material and size as accurately as we can. On-screen colours can differ slightly from the actual item.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing has an error, or payment cannot be verified, and we refund any amount paid.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, provide false information, try to access it without permission, disrupt it, or collect data from it by automated means.

Intellectual property

Site text, photos, the Belliq name and logo may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Belliq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order applies to that order.
