Sales tax

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.

When payment is taken

Payment is taken when you place your order. An order confirmation email follows once the payment is approved.

Security

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. Belliq does not store full card numbers and will never ask for card details by email.

Declined or duplicate charges

If a payment is declined, check the card details and billing address or try a different method. If you notice a duplicate charge, email support@belliq.store with your order number; do not include card numbers.
