Cost of shipping

Every order shipped to a US address ships free of charge. There is no minimum order amount and no shipping line is added at checkout.

Where we ship

Belliq delivers to addresses in the United States only. Orders to other countries cannot be placed.

Order cut-off and business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, except US federal holidays. Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are counted from that day; later orders, and orders placed on weekends or holidays, are counted from the next business day. Read more in our Order Processing Policy.

Handling time

We take 2–4 business days to check, pack and hand each order to the carrier.

Transit time

Once the carrier has the parcel, delivery normally takes 5–7 business days.

These are estimated times. Carrier volume, weather and holidays can cause delays.

Tracking your parcel

When your order ships, we email you the carrier name and a tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours before tracking shows movement. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.

Address changes

Please review the shipping address carefully at checkout. To change it, email support@belliq.store before the order ships. After dispatch we can no longer change the address.

Problems in transit

If your parcel is late, shows as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, see Lost or Damaged Parcels for what to do.
